Candidates work at the hospital under MLS Global for a period of 36 months before converting to direct hires of the hospital
We implement a two-phase work agreement to promote long-term retention. Initially, candidates sign a three-year contract to work with MLS Global at your laboratory, during which we sponsor their H1B Visa. After this period, they sign an additional three-year agreement directly with your organization in exchange for green card sponsorship. MLS Global guides you through the green card sponsorship process to facilitate a smooth transition. We also offer a program in which MLS Global handles the green card sponsorship which ensures retention for 3 years.
