MLS Global will find international candidates for your laboratory from the Philippines and sponsor them directly via an H1B Visa. For the first three years these candidates will work as employees of MLS Global in your laboratory. After that time period they convert to being direct employees of your organization.
Candidates will sign an initial 3-year work agreement to work for MLS Global at your laboratory in exchange for MLS Global sponsoring their H1B Visa. The candidates would then sign an additional 3-year work agreement with the hospital to be a direct employee in exchange for the hospital sponsoring their green card. MLS Global guides hospitals on how to go about sponsoring green cards for candidates. We also offer a program in which MLS Global handles the green card sponsorship which ensures retention for 3 years.
The reason that we have this as an option for clients is that by you providing this sponsorship it allows you to double your retention period of these candidates resulting in a minimum retention period of 6 years, for clients that choose this route we have resources available to you in order to make this a seamless process.

Our immigration strategy is based on immigration rules set forth by the U.S Government that give special advantages to hospitals that are non-profits. Laboratories that are for profit have to abide by different rules when utilizing international recruitment.
On average we can get candidates into your laboratory within 4 – 6 months of engaging with MLS Global. However, immigration is very fluid, that timeline can increase or decrease based on current immigration conditions.
We will only need your organization to supply minimal documents for immigration, you will have very little involvement as we handle the bulk of immigration work. We also help candidates meet all regulatory requirements before we orchestrate their move across the world to work in your laboratory. You simply have to wait for their arrival.
MLS Global has a program to ensure that candidates will have all the resources to be set up for success once they arrive to the U.S. Within a few days of their arrival, they will be set up with bank accounts, housing, transportation, along with all the other necessities so they can focus on being successful in your laboratory.
As long as your current staff is welcoming and accepting of them there are very little to no issues. These candidates all speak fluent English, but they may quiet at the start as they perfect their English-speaking skills.
Our candidates all come with a minimum of 5 years of experience, along with ASCP certification. We can find candidates that are generalist or specialized in departments such blood bank, microbiology, or histotechnology.
In the case this happens MLS Global will handle all regulatory responsibilities associated with terminating a candidate.
